Prenatal yoga for strength, softness, and deep connection.

Prenatal Yoga is a nurturing prenatal yoga program designed to support you through pregnancy with mindful movement, intentional breath, and space to connect with your changing body and growing baby.

Each class focuses on safe, pregnancy-supportive movement to build strength, improve mobility, and ease common discomforts such as back pain, tight hips, and fatigue. We weave in breathwork to support relaxation, nervous system regulation, and preparation for birth, alongside moments of stillness to deepen connection and trust.

This is a welcoming, non-competitive space where every body and every pregnancy is honored. Modifications, props, and options are always offered so you can move in a way that feels supportive and empowering at every stage.

Prenatal Yoga is about cultivating confidence, resilience, and calm—helping you feel grounded, supported, and connected as you prepare to meet your baby.

Suitable for all stages of pregnancy. No prior yoga experience required.
